A Good Run List (GRL) lists the luminosity blocks for which all data quality flags are set to good, meaning that all parts the detector were working properly. The luminosity blocks on the GRL are usable for physics analysis. Specialised GRLs may include luminosity blocks failing some particular data quality requirements that are irrelevant for the analysis of interest.
